As a current employee at Scanco I have the privilege to be part of a team of bright, creative, people who strive to reach beyond their limits on a daily basis. From the top to the bottom there is excitement with new development, new goals, and the collaboration of new ideas and old-fashioned hard work to reach them. My own career has been enhanced simply by having a boss who listens, who seeks to understand, and gives me both the opportunity to contribute my own ideas while providing the direction I need to see those ideas truly come to life! What a gift that is for anyone in the workforce to receive! I love working for Scanco!
Cons
With any growth comes bumps in the road to navigate, especially when growth is at lightning speed, but I have watched both the management at Scanco right down to the newest team members show patience and a steady approach to being part of the solution to every challenge along the way. I sincerely believe that there is no “Con” the current team at Scanco cannot meet head-on and overcome.
