Pros
There are some dedicated faculty who care about the students. The evening and adult student population is great!
Cons
Extremely toxic work environment that leadership chooses to ignore. Complaints to HR are ignored. Staff are over-worked and asked to do the jobs of multiple people for below industry pay. Constant talk of how things are changing for the better but I only saw things get worse and worse. Use the few students of color as “proof” of their DEI efforts while actively dismantling the few polices and programs that supported them. This job took a serious toll on my mental health.
