Extremely intelligent, friendly, talented and loving staff! This company has the best culture I have ever seen in my ~15 year career. The Founder/CEO, Gabe, is a genuinely loving person, and one of the smartest people you'll ever meet!

During the time that I was there, we were slightly under-staffed, which lead to some extra stress trying to keep up with all of the clients, but this issue was already resolved I believe.

The team is wonderful to work with, no bad attitudes or annoying politics to deal with and the ability to telecommute when needed. The CEO Gabe puts a wonderful emphasis on personal satisfaction and work-life balance. Since I'm one to continually challenge myself, one of my top reasons is ability to grow in abilities and responsibilities. Further, with growth comes with ability to demonstrate additional revenue and profits that is also shared.

It's a small company currently without a main product or suite of products to help insulate business volatility and no layers of middle managers. Although I prefer the lack of layers and direct client exposure so a pro to me. Growth is much more challenging because there isn't the typical existing corporate ladder to climb up but if you like business challenges rather than politics then this is a pro rather than a con.
