The team is the main reason for choosing this company over another; everyone is quick to help and really cares to see each other grow! The worker bees (designers & developers) all care very much about the products they work on and continually try to improve their craft. Gabe (CEO), cares about the employees like his family!

Since the company is small, and most of our clients have low budgets, some of the features don't get as advance as the devs/designers would like.

The team is wonderful to work with, no bad attitudes or annoying politics to deal with and the ability to telecommute when needed. The CEO Gabe puts a wonderful emphasis on personal satisfaction and work-life balance. Since I'm one to continually challenge myself, one of my top reasons is ability to grow in abilities and responsibilities. Further, with growth comes with ability to demonstrate additional revenue and profits that is also shared.

It's a small company currently without a main product or suite of products to help insulate business volatility and no layers of middle managers. Although I prefer the lack of layers and direct client exposure so a pro to me. Growth is much more challenging because there isn't the typical existing corporate ladder to climb up but if you like business challenges rather than politics then this is a pro rather than a con.
