Pros
When you compare many mid-sized companies which is are as size of Endeavour., it is a very nice place to work. Saw some people got recognition within a short span of time. and if you work for like two years you can directly approach top-level mgmt if you have any issues. (but this doesn't guarantee they will be solved but you can say to them which can't be possible in many companies). Mgmt had some ethics., bcoz even in recession when almost 40% of staff is idle it didn't fired anyone. Compensation is too good.
Cons
Some managers are not from non-technical background. Some when a developer says some will listen to you and act logically., but some won't and are stubborn. Some people got recognition due to show-off instead of talent/work Heard now-a-days (at time of writing this) it fired some non-performers. There are some stubborn persons who work there from long time., be careful with them (only some)
