Pros

- For the right person, it can be rewarding and somewhat successful - Easy door to enter if you're starting a new path - Young co-workers/managers - Chill yet energetic environment

Cons

- Classic pyramid scheme business model - "In the field" means standing outside grocery stores for 9 hours - $35/day if you make no commission - Employees aren't super invested or engaged with what they're selling - information booth is lacking, etc

Pros

Awesome training, feel like I learned more working here for 1.5 years than I did getting my degree, motivating, plenty of room to grow

Cons

Parking, but that’s just San Diego really.

Pros

If you want an extremely entry level, in the field sales job this could be a good opportunity but for most people with any experience this would probably be a step down. The people were polite but using sales type language in the hiring process. Always a red flag.

Cons

This review is all cons. This company recruited me via a confidential post, invited me for an in person interview for the job title of "Sales and Marketing Coordinator", and during the interview said everyone starts at the bottom as a Brand Manager, who would be at a job site working over 8 hours in a day in person asking the public for donations to Endeavour Global's nonprofit clients. I said this is not what I applied for. I kept being given the hard sell and no real information. No job description to be found online.
