There are many types of employees here scattered around the world, so there are plenty of opportunities to work remotely with different people on different client projects. Learning on the job is huge, and as a consulting company there are many opportunities to learn a new technology while getting to actually apply the knowledge on a client project.
Cons
Sometimes management can be overwhelmed due to the size of the company, so communication on smaller projects can lose priority.
