      Pros

      Everyone is friendly and do all they can to welcome you and make you feel confortable. Technical level is high, and it's easy to improve working with others. Environment is casual and flexible, the vast majority of people work from remote locations. Management listens to everyone about almost everything, and they *do* care about people.

      Cons

      Communication can sometimes be under par, but they try hard to improve.

      Pros

      There are many types of employees here scattered around the world, so there are plenty of opportunities to work remotely with different people on different client projects. Learning on the job is huge, and as a consulting company there are many opportunities to learn a new technology while getting to actually apply the knowledge on a client project.

      Cons

      Sometimes management can be overwhelmed due to the size of the company, so communication on smaller projects can lose priority.
