Pros

When selling solar you want to sell the best. Encor is selling high end American solar panels at a competitive price. Having built in financing makes it easy to get customers to move forward without losing interest while searching for a loan. The proposal software is top notch giving the homeowner a clear understanding of the return on investment and the incentives they will earn by going solar. My experience working with the team out west has been great so far and they have been super helpful and great at communicating.

Cons

Solar can be a tough sell for those without experience although the training will help most overcome the hardships it is not for those looking to make a quick buck. I suggest starting as a solar pro and learning the ropes if you have not sold solar in this market before.

Pros

None, they wouldn’t ever show an actual solar system installed so we would have feedback on what we were selling, long hours commission only.

Cons

Did not give any type of hourly wage or salary, commissions only
