Pros
Great training! They had all the right tools in place to enable a team. There were also incentives that motivate and support a good culture and healthy sales force.
Cons
The operations side struggled to fulfill on promises made during the sale. In the end, getting paid on work complete left the sales reps hanging and failed to fund the rest of the team.
