      Company Events, Supply Lunch on Thursdays. Will pay for training. Salaries are competitive.

      Cons

      Promotions, Bonuses, Project Assignments, and Work loads completely depend on which clique you belong to. You will be retaliated against if you don't accede. Understaffing will mean depending on your discipline you may constantly need to work OT.
