Get money and not homeless

No raises No bonus Stuck at same salary indefinitely Poor feedback on performance, management is out of touch with their own employees Treated like a contractor Must accrue PTO before you can take it, so you can never take a full 2 weeks until the end of the year Cannot roll over PTO PTO resets to 0 in January. They will take your PTO. They take your PTO if you quit. They have Udemy as the only professional development opportunity. Every company has udemy. My university had free udemy. It’s not a big deal or an employee perk. I can learn the same stuff on YouTube. Your work is not recognized Your ideas and work is taken by the client and you get no recognition, management thanks the client for having such great ideas Poor documentation of processes Leadership has a weak backbone Some leadership loves to stick their nose in everything you’re doing. Nothing you do is good enough. The vast amount of work you do and any accomplishments are reduced to zero if you are human and make a small error or are falling behind due to workload. Awfully dry job, just a task bot. Return to office was required for all but a small group that somehow is flying under the radar
