Pros
- The technicians who have been with Encore for more than a season are really wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. They put up with so many things and I give them huge props for what they do! - You can tell everyone is trying their best despite the communication and organizational problems - Good learning experience. (I learned I don't want to work for Encore!)
Cons
- Equipment is old and varies a lot between locations - Either being overworked or underworked, no work-life balance. - Will hire people without any experience, and have huge expectations for them immediately. I shadowed for a week and then was left on my own to speak to clients and perform tasks I had only seen done once or never. - More focused on saving a dime than taking care of their employees or clients. - Management is overworked and expected to pick up the phone any time of day, until they don't. Then I'm left without access to support, and they feel awful because they needed a few extra hours of sleep. It's not a good system for anyone!
