Pros
The money, and if you love to travel. Some of the people you work with are great too, but not many of them.
Cons
The lack of communication, the lack of respect, the insane hours, the fact that if you are not part of the good old boy network you get nothing but trouble, the lack of support from management, the bigotry. There is such an attitude from this company of "if you don't like it, leave" that nothing can be done. Without any official verbal or written warnings they have let people go. I have seen it with my own eyes. Yet people who do unthinkable things to coworkers remain. This place is a human resources nightmare.
