You do have an ample amount of opportunity to see a nice amount of crazy cases, procedures, etc. It is a learning facility.
Cons
They do not keep their word in regards to training and leveling up. If you wish to grow this would not be the establishment for you. My advice is gather all the skills you can and try to progress elsewhere.
