A lot of hours but worth it if you’re looking to build your career.

Light atmosphere. Learning to "turn it on" when you walk into the room. Learn to read people. Getting comfortable with strong repetition. Signing people up for useful programs.

It's an MLM within the ranks. 45 minutes to 1 hour of repetitive pitching one another in a small office. The pay is not what is promised upon interview. It takes several weeks before you realize what was pitched to you is MUCH different than what it actually happening daily. Ownership changes hands twice a year it seems. It's a lot of work (like 10am till 9:30pm)
