      Pros

      Light atmosphere. Learning to "turn it on" when you walk into the room. Learn to read people. Getting comfortable with strong repetition. Signing people up for useful programs.

      Cons

      It's an MLM within the ranks. 45 minutes to 1 hour of repetitive pitching one another in a small office. The pay is not what is promised upon interview. It takes several weeks before you realize what was pitched to you is MUCH different than what it actually happening daily. Ownership changes hands twice a year it seems. It's a lot of work (like 10am till 9:30pm)

      Pros

      Working at Encore has propelled my career forward. It was just what I needed to take me to the next level, I’ve learned so much about business and managing people and everyday I come in with a new challenge to tackle. I’ve made lifelong relationships and love the family environment.

      A lot of hours but worth it if you’re looking to build your career.
