      Pros

      The small rehab company works in facility with their sister company HCF. You see the regional manager frequently and she knows everyone's names and a little about them. Productivity standards and expectations on getting full minutes are very reasonable.

      Cons

      Nursing staff tends to not always listen to therapy recommendations.
