      Pros

      none. which is something you will soon discover whether you are an employee, consultant, contractor, sales person or client.

      Cons

      Almost too many to list. Constant lying, gross incompetence, horrible ownership who refuses to treat clients properly unless forced to do so. They also refuse to pay consultants, sales and other contractors what is owed them unless forced by the courts to do so. These people are just awful examples of human beings, but they have a bs polished act which is designed to suck you into their psychotic little world until they can exact some type of abuse upon you either mentally or financially or both. My best suggestion is to run like hell away from this outfit of losers.

      Pros

      I joined the Encompass team well over a year ago. Everyone here has been welcoming and genuinely cares about your well-being. We do work hard and have fun doing it. If you enjoy traveling and consulting then this is the place for you. Even if you don't, we can find a place for you. My attitude and lifestyle has changed 180 degrees from my previous place of employment and if you're looking for a nice area to live, Greensboro, NC gets my vote!

      There is always room for improvement in any organization. You will not get any cons from me.
