Company with issues - Anonymous employee Encompass Medical Partners Employee Review

This company is growing fast and going places. Great place to work!

No cons that I can think of.

It can be a career; they strive to be respected in the community; they do (or at least did as of when I left) offer benefits, 401k, etc

The company has a 'big corporation' feel although it's relatively small. They do not value employees, and they don't give good raises, bonuses, or reviews. The HR department doesn't honor confidentiality between employees and department supervisors. There is a marked disdain for the lower-level workers from management. Many long-term employees are evacuating...could be a sinking ship!
