Morale of team is good. Amount of supportive devices, equipment, training, and specialist facilitate good patient care and move patients closer to home, to work, to play in a timely manner. Upper Mgt is visible & front line.
Cons
Wages for staff vary widely despite Education level, years in practice, and lower than other similar Healthsouth Facilities. Have out grown facility location. Opportunity to begin advanced wound therapy prior to discharge needed.
