      Pros

      Flexibility, pay is decent, work isn’t that hard, pumps and charting system is okay.

      Cons

      Supervisors are cliquey, the over facility is drama, they lost almost 5 people from when I started there . CNAs are allowed to talk to anyone any type of way and not do any work. Supervisors let you know they care about CNAs more. If you make a complaint there will be backlash and people find out and start confronting you. Work retaliation Is big here. The supervisors will start giving you hard assignments if you make complaints. They don’t care. Some people have to stay there because they are on a 3 year contract. BIG turn over rate.

      Pros

      Great team to work, people are always willing to help each other. The clinicians genuinely care about their patients and it shows every day. You feel like you’re making a difference in patients’ lives. Good teamwork between departments. Leadership listens to feedback and wants the hospital to keep improving. Positive work environment with coworkers who care about doing a good job.

      Cons

      Healthcare is busy, so some days can be stressful. Things can change quickly, so you have to be flexible. Communication between departments can always improve. Like most hospitals, staffing can be tight at times.
