      The company encourages growth. Uses state of the art equipment. Salary is competitive when bonuses are added. Nice clean facilities.

      Cons

      Management needed improvement. Maintains rigid hours. Requires you to work 2 weekends a month. Would benefit from sensitivity training with upper management.

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
