Pros
A laid back atmosphere where you don't feel the stress of a huge patient load of critical patients. Working in a small hospital definitely has its perks.
Cons
Lack of consistency throughout the entire company. Managers play favorites and lack values. It isn't about the patient as it should be. The company is after money.
