      Pros

      Good benefits, best pay in this area.

      Cons

      Nurse patient ratio is ridiculous. More so then none to have one nurse per 11 patients and two techs for 34 patients. Lack of staff and it seems that they are more worried about numbers then about patient care. I worked hard to get my nursing license, I wont let anyone try to take that away from me.

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
