Pros
Pay, endless bonuses for working extra bc they're short all the time, if you're "in" you get whatever assignment you want, do whatever you want, hang out with the supervisor and gossip in the office, you can make major errors and not get wrote up because the supervisor covers and fixes the errors for you (isn't that illegal), you get to listen to the supervisor's sex life explicitly at the nurse's station in front of other employees, patient's, their families, doctors, and even executive management while she even physically puts her hands and body or uses objects to sexually touch other staff's body parts including their sexual body parts and no one does anything to stop it, this place is really an anything goes, unless of course your are "out.
Cons
Staff that are "out" are gained up on and bullied, not assisted by other staff, lies are told and supported to have the employee wrote up, they are given the most difficult assignments until they are fired or they quit.
