- Required on-call days. 1 day every 3 weeks when I was hired was bumped up to 1 day every 2 weeks and shows no sign of going down. Almost guaranteed to be called in on your on-call shift due to constant short staff and call ins.
- Lengthy 12.5 hour shifts.
- Hospital is in constant state of change. Constantly moved around to different units, high turnover rate, lots of agency workers that don't seem to care as much as regular staff.
