      the Regional DCM was supportive, and some of the leadership team were excellent in their roles.

      Cons

      everything else. low pay compared to other hospitals in the region, abysmal patient care, terrible leadership overall.

      Pros

      Techs are like family on third shift, pretty good pay, ability to advance and increase pay, and other incentives.

      Cons

      Most nurses dont help, turn over with management is insane, and favoring of first shift is apparent.
