We appreciate your feedback about the positive atmosphere with your colleagues. We would like to clarify that we are not an MLM. MLMs do not work with pre-existing major companies such as our clients. They usually make you buy into their program, which comes with a certain level of risk. None of this applies to us. We offer amazing opportunities for our employees to develop into management positions and assist our clients in their growth. However, it's concerning to hear about the inconsistency in information and behavior that you've observed. We take your comments seriously and will address these issues to ensure a better experience for everyone. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
You get paid and don’t have to pay to work like other mlms.
Cons
You are paid petty change and manipulated into believing everything they say. They trick you and everyone else everyday, especially the guy at the top of the pyramid. Read the signs, and you’ll see it too. I feel bad for the people that are so invested in this job. Work life balance sucks because they work you for 10 hours a day. I ended up getting paid around $8 an hour because they pay “salary” wages.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for any confusion concerning your compensation. However, our employees are making well over the minimum wage. Our work weeks are on average 40-45 hours a week, however, we always offer more hours if you choose to do so. Having a life/work balance is a very big part of our values at Encompass Core. Many of our employees have families at home and it’s important to us that they have time for their commitments outside of work. We do not feel that this review reflects our core values or how we treat our employees. We are not an MLM or a Pyramid Scheme as you have implied. We work with some of the largest name brands in the country, and they would never tarnish their reputation by working with us if we followed these unethical practices.
