Pros
Compensation is competitive but not worth the "BS" that comes.
Cons
No accountability. No technical structure of any sort. First engineering firm I've worked at which do not follow any Standard Operating Procedure. (There is a S.O.P. but only 10% of it is followed at best. Of the 10%, 1% of it is actually performed correctly. ) Technical knowledge of supervisor is at minimal level. Calling this place "organized chaos" is being generous. Daily routine is to see who can be blamed for the mistakes of supervisors. Seniors/supervisors find the most difficult way to do things then points the finger at juniors when things fail. Should racial divide be brought up?
