Pros

Possibility of stock becoming more valuable. If you get in good with the right people you won't have to work very hard.

Cons

CEO can't make, commit to, or communicate decisions. Management undermines employees. It isn't clear who's in charge or supposed to be doing what. A few people were hired because of a personal connection and they make themselves really hard to work with. They don't add value but they aren't evaluated the same way as the rest of the staff. Leadership doesn't seem very ethical in terms of marketing claims about its product. I would say more about that but I want to stay within Glassdoor guidelines.

Company management has turned over since this was written; the CEO active in 2018 is out. I'd have to say that the review ignores 90% of the pro's- most people do really like their jobs here, but some fair points which we are addressing.

Pros

Enthusiastic, friendly workplace, selling a product that changes people's lives. Fun culture in the office, snacks provided, periodic celebrations (one is coming for the big solar eclipse!) Very fulfilling work compared to more corporate jobs selling less exciting products. Collegial atmosphere and lots of opportunity to help out doing different things. Happy feedback daily from the vast majority of customers.

Cons

If you are looking for a very corporate laced-up kind of job or a very defined structure this is not the place. Flexible, happy people do best here.
