Working at a startup is hard and navigating our strategy updates through a pandemic and then global economic insecurities isn’t without its challenges. Unfortunately, those challenges meant that we had to join the thousands of other companies that went on hiring freezes and had to reduce our workforce.
We’re thrilled by the response we’ve seen to our focus on creating human connections! We stand by our decision to move away from onboarding — selling onboarding during a time when most companies are on hiring freezes would have been impossible.
