Good company, interesting choices - Anonymous employee Enboarder Employee Review

After the flip from an Aussie company to a US company, the culture started to vanish. All managers in the US are remote and its not ideal for staff globally. There is a lot of change and a lot of it is just decided for teams rather than being spoken and discussed about (as it was prior to the flip) and ELT can't seem to agree on much and it flows down into individual contributors in a negative way. The HR team is entirely based in the US and doesn't know (and doesn't seem to want to know) local laws, that's not much help when things pop up outside the US. It's a shame.
