Typical Indian shop. that is run like a street grocery shop, Manager comes, thrash people for money, goes and enjoys. Bad or no projects still everyone busy so you can think how much mismanagement. You are the developer, client manager, project manager, everything only junior employees less than 1 year of experience in tech. Managers themselves not good in tech, your job is to come and make money from client and give to owners. Thats it !! company now pivot to digital marketing. so more people come and give money .. no professional structure bad office in the middle of karol bag No long term vision. All the good reviews here by HR. I join even after reading the reviews. dont make the mistake.
