Pros

I worked at Enara as the Sr. HR Manager for about 5 months in 2022. While my tenure was short due a career change (HR to Recruiting), I did get to witness leaders who truly care about their employees, their patients, and making a major impact to so many who need help. I spent time with the executive leadership team and other managers throughout the company both virtually, onsite, and for an offsite leadership retreat. In each of those interactions everyone was professional, kind, and a great leader and teammate. Leadership at Enara is strong. They understand that building a people first culture is critical and that the employees are the key to succeeding. They invest time and resources into their employees and the managers genuinely care that their teams are happy. They do not cut corners. With how much work there is to do at that stage, it would be easy to take risks to expedite things. However, the leaders at Enara know that you have to build it the right way. If you are looking to grow and to be challenged and to work with amazing people, great leaders, and for a company that is truly making a difference, Enara is a fantastic place to do that and I would recommend Enara to anyone.

Cons

There are of course challenges when working at a startup. Enara was not and is not immune to those challenges but growing pains are the rule, not the exception, at an early-stage company. The beauty of these situations at Enara is that leadership trusts you to come in and make an impact without feeling micromanaged.
