Pros

Innovative Product Hindered by Neglect and Outdated Approaches; Great Co-workers, but wasted by micro management, lack of vision, and misplaced priorities.

Cons

Absence of Roadmap, Planning, and Vision; Lack of Internal Communication, creating disconnect and confusion within the teams; Toxic Culture Permeates the Workplace; Lack of Working flexibility; Complete Absence of Benefits

Pros

1. You can clearly see how fake Glassdoor reviews are posted to manipulate perception. 2. A good place to learn how not to run a company for future reference. 3. You get exposure to office politics whether you like it or not. 4. You will see how employees and customers can be misled for personal benefit.

Cons

1. Only use XML configurations to code making it harder to change stack. 2. Use very Old tech (even spring boot feels like a latest tech when you work here. They don't even use spring boot) 3. They advise you to learn new tech after work and in weekends making you tired mentally and physically. 4. Have to come to office each and every day. (easy to get a day off than requesting a WFH) 5. Have a HR department that acts like they own the place. 6. New Directors/managers do not have any idea about product making it very hard even impossible to explain what is going on and what are the challenges. 7. New upper management favors people from former company. (even go as further as recruiting inexperienced people only based on their loyalty to this individual)

Pros

They have water filters everywhere so you can drink some water where ever you go 👍🏻

Cons

Worst management I encountered so far. If you are into office politics this is the place to be. Your efforts? What are those? HR here is only to give them selves to the higher management. There are no closed door conversations at all. Everything that you complain to the HR will be known by the exact person you complained about the very next second.
