Company review - Anonymous employee Enablers Employee Review

Unorganized structure ,company is run by family members who doesn't have any professional experience toxic work culture can be expected out of it. The company runs on the concept of servant owner concept instead of Employee employer. working condition- The infrastructure is good but due to cost cutting the company is lacking in basic hygiene which is required for employees also sometime employee have to complaints about bees and mosquitoes on the floor. Moreover no appreciations and motivations has been provided by the employer.
