EnQuest are like locusts moving through the North Sea, destroying everything they touch. Managers who hire their mates, if your face does not fit then you’re out! Not an ounce of compassion for employees well being. DO NOT admit to mental health issues as it will be used against you and you will not last long! Too many good guys replaced by ‘yes’ men. Also there is nothing HUMANE about Human Resources.
