      Pros

      I love the small team environment feel at EnCorps. Leadership fosters a welcoming environment where you have a voice at the table. Staff are inviting, allowing for positive work relationships. The best part of the job though is having the opportunity to build amazing connections with the awesome Fellows!

      It's hard to think of cons. I really enjoy working with this team.

      Pros

      material on pedagogy and some of the team members have empathy

      Cons

      lying program directors and executive directors forcing meetings with less than 2 days of notice and withdrawing from fellowship. For no compensation, this is only worth if you want to love dealing with difficult and people that lie all the time.
