      Fully remote work. Fun activities from time to time.

      Cons

      Not much room to learn newer tech. Salary is really low. No other compensations and benefits. No health, No RRSP. No allowance. Just basic salary and time offs.

      Everyone feels like a friend, nice pleasant environment in a small company. Competitive salary. Excellent work/life balance. Free breakfast + tea/coffee. Great location

      Remote work. Some company activities like anniversary gatherings.

      Cons

      Old tech. Micromanaging. Super low salary. Stayed for more than 2 years and salary did not move a single cent even after probationary and even if performance is good.
