Provide snacks everyday and yearly promotions if you are eligible and helpful colleague Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits Enjoyed my time there, it was definitely a good experience

Cons

There is no sense of any kind of direction in the company, team with no vision for the future. Management need to listen closer to the people actually doing the work.

when I joined I was able to give my opinions on product development. Being a software developer I was giving my inputs to the architecture team. There was no strict hierarchy.

Cons

at that time there was not a proper management.
