Dear Former Member, I regret that we could not preserve you and you faced difficulties with us. Now, the Organization has improved and we stand with lot of new positive and employee betterment changes. We have established stable and employee oriented policy and we follow it by heart. Unfortunately, there were few wrong hiring made from our end and somehow we could not continue with them due to their skills & Talent; however we have changed our hiring policy and there is less than 2% attrition last 3 months.
