Most of the burden was pushed onto counsellors and center teams. * Excessive sales pressure and unrealistic expectations affected employee morale and work-life balance. * Frequent hiring and firing created an unstable work environment, and many employees were terminated without proper communication or justification. * HR support was poor and responses were often delayed or ignored,they don't even care to reply
