      Excellent team spirit, competent management who recognize quality workers, interesting projects, they are a start up and may have room to grow when IoT really takes off. You will enjoy the atmosphere.

      Cons

      Salary, and not much room to grow your career, may change when the company grows though, if you have the patience

      Pros

      Software engineering consultancy with both contract and in-house projects in software engineering and embedded software. You gain a lot of experience very quickly, as the projects are quite intense and the senior engineers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Good atmosphere and camaraderie, and management's door is open if you need to have word.

      Cons

      Sometimes you need to be flexible as you could have to work at the company's offices or at the client location.
