1. No career opportunities 2. My dream job was into RF and now i'm working at Emtel, I regret so bad that i am an engineer. 4 years + in vain. 3. Salary is too low. If they were paying us with respect to the amount of work, we would be millionaires. 4. They are all greedy and will never fight to give you a raise however they will tell you and impose on you to do extra mile and the only reward you can get is a voucher is $11.26 (one off) 5. Hyper poor management & HR. 6. No leadership skills 7. Their motto is "You First" but it is really you last from my experience. 8. My whole experience in working there has made be regret that i moved into the engineering field and today, i want to change field 9. If you do not work smart, you will never have a work life balance. The manager always says do overtime do overtime as if you do not have a life at home and should work 24/7.
