They have Salary and Per diem positions. Both get insurance. I am salary and still get paid shift differential and overtime. Allowed to use personal card for everything but flights (this job involves a lot of travel) They match 20% of what you contribute to you 401K. Low Stress, full time is 4 days a week.

Unless your zone is busy expect to fly/stay overnight at a location 80% of the time. No real ability to "move up"

Great people to work with. My job is remote so that is also a huge bonus.

No direction. Always chasing your tail to get things done. Constant fight between ops and sales tonget things done. Training lacks. They operate on a tight employee pool.
