      Pros

      The recruitment and on boarding process is good, HR is very helpful. Benefits are about average for a mid size company.

      Cons

      After on boarding remotely for the first week I went out the following Monday to shadow and be mentored by another tech. That is where i found out some disturbing facts: 40 Hrs is NOT guaranteed, if time is not associated with a service ticket you don't get paid. Full time employee should get 40 hrs no matter what. The company vehicles have Nanny cams that can watch and listed to you in the car. Also tracks with GPS and tracks your every move. If you decide to use your personal car for work it is only reimbursed at 40 CENTS A MILE. I quit after first day in field

      Pros

      In House leadership in the Blandon office is the best I have worked for. The Operations Manager gets it. He is in the field shoulder to shoulder understanding the issues we face.

      As 3rd party techs pay is lower than if we worked for the manufacturer

      Pros

      This is for you. Gather the perks for hotel stays, rental cars, and fights. This job will keep you away from home most times. Pay is pretty good. Jack of all trades/master of not much kinda job

      Cons

      Training is not good. Cameras in the company vehicles looking both ways and they talk. 40 cents per mile and youre on the hook for the first 30 miles if you use your own car. EXTENSIVE driving (do the math)
