Pros
There is nothing I can think of that would be positive about this organization. The product is ok, although the market is limited. The consulting services side of the business is good if you love Atlasssian. People who work there are good people, except management.
Cons
Horrible culture. Manage is hugely dysfunctional. CEO takes calls during meetings with customers and doesn't excuse herself. Constant blame from executive team and false praise. No trust between employees and management. Product is filled with bugs and fails clients and demos. Not at all a great place to work. Management shows up late for meetings always and wastes a lot of time. Management checks your linkedin profile constantly, reads your calendar and emails, and is absolutely not trustworthy.
