      Worst company to work with! - Software Engineer Emproto Technologies Employee Review

      Pros

      Startup with very less projects. Near to the metro station, easy to travel. Lots of places for lunch nearby. Only 1% of management is responsible. Management requirements are never clear and will put pressure on you suddenly to meet deadlines. Learning doesn't happen at all because of this reason! Colleagues are helpful though. They say timing is flexible, but actually it is not!

      Cons

      No project management at all! Work timings can be till 10 pm night also or even more if you don't say anything. Firing is very normal, even with the senior guys. Expectations of unrealistic deadlines. Some of the members of the core team is really aggressive and can demoralize and stress you in a very negative way.

      No other pros except some of your colleagues and team.

      Cons

      They don't pay salary. This is more like slavery they will ask you to work hard and do more than expected which is fine but they will never pay you money on time. You will get may be half month or one month salary after working 3-4 months. Very Poor management. No structure, no respect for the employees. It feels like they want all the work without paying fairly.
