There is only one pro and that is you can work remote (most days)

1. Toxic management 2. Extremely unorganized (very reactionary) 3. Nepotism (The HR department is the owners mother and he hires friends) 4. After-hours is expected 5. Terrible benefits. You only get 4 or 5 holidays off a year. It's an absolute joke. 6. "Unlimited" PTO - It's a scam so they don't have to pay you out. I took virtually no PTO but had one trip upcoming planned 6 months in advance, they fired me 3 weeks before the trip
